Kye & Kim Ford, owners
Kye & Kim have lived their whole lives in the Plattsburgh area. Both grew up with families in the construction field.
Kye has a Bachelors of Political Science from St. Michael's College, is Passive House Certified, and practices cutting edge building techniques in regards to insulation and energy efficiency.
Kim has a Masters Degree in Architecture, Magna Cum Laude, from Norwich University, experience in design, construction documents, and project management.
Both Kye & Kim started their Construction Careers in 2000, under Benchmark Building & Development LLC and KLM Development. Combining their efforts in 2006, they now jointly own KLM Development LLC. All together they have both built 42 homes around the area as well as many apartment buildings and renovations. They take pride in their construction creations, though their greatest creations are their two children, Evelyn & Colin.
